We all are created in the image of God.  One of the attributes of God that is hardly surfaced is that our Lord Yeshua, He is creative.  The staggering number of species of animals and plants are in the millions. Not only is His creation vast, but it is artistic and beautiful.  And that is why in His word, “God saw that it was good”. In Hebrew the word “good” is “tov” which means pleasant, beautiful, good to the sight and agreeable to the senses.

Using this gift of creativity that the Lord has graciously given in my hands, I endeavor to create art pieces that are “tov” in His sight and in the sight of everyone that sees them.  These creations, like what God has created, serves to lift, inspire, bring hope and love to all who bring them into their homes or their workspaces. Every art piece that I create will be inspired by the Word of God and serves to remind everyone that sees them of the love and strength of our Abba Father God and our Lord Yeshua.

In my first collection, I chose to specialise in hyperrealism art in digital format.  Working off my IPAD pro gives me the flexibility to draw at all times whenever I am inspired.  It also allows me to work in details that is not possible in traditional medium. What inspired me to do this was when God challenged me in 2015 to develop patience through stroke by stroke perseverance.  In so doing, I understood the detailed nature of my God like never before.

For my second collection, I was inspired to look at all the key bible occurrences from God’s perspective.  I named this series “From Above”. (hyperlink to the second collection page). In this series, I chose resin as my medium and layer it with my own artwork from the bird’s eye view in oil paint. The fluidity of the resin process gave the LORD the ultimate Artist the leeway to control how the final masterpiece will be --- for it is His hand that guides and leads me to worship Him through my art.

Every collection has replications that allow it to go into as many people’s homes and offices as possible like a bible in their house. The format of the reproduction is carefully chosen and I do not just sell the prints but the entire finished product to be an inspiration in homes and offices.  There is also an accompanying augmented reality video that will accompany each art piece, showing the process of creation and the inspiration behind it. That all, will see the glories of our God.

I don't call myself as a Christian Artist. I am first a believer in Yeshua and second I am an Artist. I wouldn't want my Lord Yeshua in my life as an adjective but to always acknowledge that He is my whole being, my everything.
